Your plan and subscription

What this screen is for

To see what plan you have, what it includes, and to manage the subscription if you decide to pay: change card, download invoices or cancel. Cuéntamo doesn't bite: cancelling is one click, no "are you sure you want to lose…", no tricks.

The three plans

• Free — 1 account book, 3-month forecast, quick access, bank import, basic analysis. Enough to manage your personal finances in depth. Includes a 30-day trial to share the book with 1 person.
• Cuéntamo Más — Everything in Free with no limits. Unlimited books, up to 5 members per book, 24-month forecast, multi-currency accounts, connected accounts between books, full freelance module, priority support. €4.99/month or €49.90/year (yearly saves you two months).
• Avispados — Same as Más, but at a reduced price frozen forever. Only for the first 100 seats. €3.99/month or €39.90/year. When they're gone, they're gone.

What if I'm a freelancer and only need that module?

The freelance module is part of Cuéntamo Más. There's no standalone plan. The reason is simple: if it's worth it for your VAT and PIT, it's worth it for the rest too. And keeping a single plan lets us charge less. There's a 14-day trial of the module if you want to see if it fits before subscribing.

Subscribing

Choose the plan, monthly or yearly, and tap the button. It takes you to Stripe checkout (the payment gateway used by pretty much the entire internet). Enter your card, confirm, come back to Cuéntamo and you're on the plan. If you're in the European Union, VAT applies based on your country.

Promo codes

If you have a promo code, there's a field to enter it right when you activate the relevant thing. There are three types:

• Freelance trial — extends the days of the freelance module's trial. Redeemed when you start the module trial.
• Shared-book trial — extends the days of the trial for sharing a book. Redeemed when you start that trial.
• Discount — unlocks the reduced Early Bird price even if the seats have sold out. Redeemed at checkout.

You type the code, Cuéntamo validates it and tells you what it unlocks before applying it. Each code has its own conditions (uses, expiry); if it isn't valid, it just lets you know.

Managing the subscription

Once subscribed, the Manage subscription button takes you to the Stripe portal. From there you can:

• Change your credit or debit card.
• Download invoices for any month.
• Switch between monthly and yearly or vice versa.
• Update your billing details (tax ID, address).
• Cancel the subscription.

Cancelling

One click in the Stripe portal. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for (if you paid for January, you have until the 31st). After that, your plan automatically reverts to Free. Your data isn't deleted: accounts, movements and everything else stay as they are. Only the paid features become unavailable (additional books, freelance module, etc.).
