Auto-link invoices with payments
Match issued invoices with their bank payments in one click
What it does
If you have many invoices without a linked payment, the Link invoices with payments tool (in Settings → Tools) automatically finds bank transactions whose amount matches the invoice exactly. When there are multiple candidates, it picks the one closest in date.
How to use it
- Go to Settings → Tools.
- Click Find matches.
- Review the proposals: each row shows the invoice (number, client, amount, date) and the candidate transaction (concept, date, amount).
- Uncheck any you don't want to link.
- Click Link N selected.
Only visible with the freelance module active.
